Inner Healing of the Temple™
"The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life." — Job 33:4
When was the last time you truly slowed down...
Not to accomplish more.
Not to fix yourself.
But simply to rest in the presence of God?
Healing the Temple™ is a one-of-a-kind Breath Into Life™ experience designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and into a peaceful, Christ-centered atmosphere of worship, intentional breathing, Scripture, prayer, and reflection.

Romans 12:2
Create space to become aware of thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that no longer agree with God's Word, while turning your attention toward the truth of who you are in Christ.
1 Peter 5:7
Through intentional breathing, prayer, and Scripture, you're invited to bring fear, offense, shame, unforgiveness, and other burdens before Jesus and surrender what was never yours to carry alone.
John 8:32, 36
Rather than striving to fix yourself, this journey continually points you toward Jesus and His truth—creating space to recognize lies, reject what does not align with God's Word, and receive what He says is true.
2 Corinthians 10:4–5
Prayerfully become aware of thoughts and beliefs that have influenced how you see yourself, God, and others—taking thoughts captive and bringing them back into alignment with Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Your past does not have the final word over your identity. This journey invites you to turn from old labels and narratives and remember the new identity you've already been given through Jesus Christ.
Luke 10:19 | Colossians 2:15
This isn't about “self-empowerment.” It's about understanding where your authority comes from. Be reminded of Christ's victory and invited to live from your identity, dependence, and authority in Him.
Every Breath Into Life™ Deliverance Journey is different. We do not promise or manufacture a particular spiritual, emotional, or physical response. Through intentional breathing, Scripture, worship, prayer, guided reflection, and moments of stillness, we create a Christ-centered environment where you can become attentive to God, examine what you've been believing, surrender what you've been carrying, and respond to the truth of His Word.
The breath is not the healer. The facilitator is not the deliverer. Jesus Christ is our Healer, Redeemer, and Deliverer.

Your Guide to Breathe, Be Still, and Encounter God's Truth
Dena Woulfe is the founder of Breath Into Life™, a Christ-centered approach to intentional breathwork created from a heart to help people slow down, become present, and turn their attention toward Jesus.
With more than two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, Dena developed a deep appreciation for the incredible way God designed the human body and the connection between our breath, thoughts, emotions, and responses to stress. Her nursing background helped shape her compassion for the whole person, while her faith ultimately became the foundation for the work she leads today.
Through Breath Into Life™, Dena creates peaceful, prayerful environments that thoughtfully integrate intentional breathing, Scripture, worship, guided reflection, nervous-system education, and biblical identity.
For journeys centered on inner healing and deliverance, the focus remains clear: the breath is not the healer, and the facilitator is not the deliverer. Jesus Christ is our Healer, Redeemer, and Deliverer.

Dena's role is to faithfully guide the experience, encourage biblical reflection, and create space for participants to become attentive to God's presence and the truth of His Word.
Her heart is also to equip a new generation of Breath Into Life™ Facilitators to serve with wisdom, humility, compassion, biblical grounding, and excellence, carrying this mission into homes, churches, wellness practices, and communities.
